After working with Sylvia in Leduc several years ago and seeing her work ethics at that time, it became an easy decision to call Sylvia when I needed a Realtor. Shortly after my initial call to her, Sylvia e-mailed the listing I had called about but she waited a few days to contact me to see if I had made any further decisions about viewing the property. My husband and I decided to go see the property with Sylvia which was a real "fixer-upper"-more than we wanted to fix up. A few doors down there was another house listed. I asked Sylvia to contact the listing Realtor and we were able to view the property immediately. We found it to be just what we were looking for. Not wanting to make a hasty decision we slept on it and the next day met with Sylvia to write the offer - Aug. 14/08. We had plans for the evening and didn't return home until after 11:00 p.m. Sylvia's message on the answering machine said to contact her no matter what time we got home. So I called her and Sylvia came over to our home and I accepted and signed the counter-offer shortly before midnight. Over the next few days there were several calls from myself to Sylvia with many questions - these questions were answered promptly through her professionalism. I would recommend Sylvia to anyone looking to buy or sell. In fact I had referred her to my daughter and son-in-law a few months prior to my own purchase and they were pleased with the results also.
